Whatever I write for Nadia would not be enough to express how happy I am with the experience she provided. This is my first home and I owe it to Nadia to find the one I wanted. First, she is a fun person, always smiling, fast responses, she would listen to all my questions and explain and advise to my best interest. Nadia is very approachable. She coordinated with the lender, to make sure I am ready to start looking. We met over and over, as I was not sure what it means to buy a house. She broke it down for me. Haunting home and driving around was fun. One thing I love in Nadia is that she never pushes you to just buy, buy always made me confident to say, "Not this one". She is always positive, and made effort that I should buy the house I love. Indeed, once I found the right house, after after being in the market, Nadia was faster than Jimmy Johns to submit an application. I am proud to loudly say. I am lucky to have worked with Nadia. Christina did a great job selling our house. It sold in 4 days for our asking price. She is very knowledgeable about what it would take to get it sold. I wasn't very receptive to some of her staging techniques, but they worked!
